Booking Enquiries
Please do call or message me in order to make your booking. If there isn't an immediate reply, please be patient and I shall contact you as soon as I can give you my full attention.
Working Hours and Areas
I work around my partner's shifts and my two little boys so set hours are not something I can create but I do work weekdays, evenings and weekends including Sundays, where I am able to. Just contact me for my appointment availability and I can send you options of days and times to choose from. I cover a wide range of areas, mainly focused within East and West Sussex and my base is just outside of Horsham town centre. I can travel further afield if required to do so for an additional travel cost that is worked out via a fuel calculator and hourly rate.
Payment and Deposits
For Home Hairdressing
I accept cash, Paypal or Bank transfers only. Cheques can not be used.
All payments must be given upon completion of your services and before I leave your home.
Style with Grace Hair and Makeup Services reserves the right to request any payment upfront for services or products.

Makeup Lessons

A 20% booking fee is required upon selecting your lesson date. The remaining payment total must be given upon completion of your lesson and before I leave.
Full invoices and receipts shall be provided.
Hair and Makeup Education Courses

Consultations
A consultation is required for all new client's wishing to book for a technical service appointment. This is for your safety and to ensure you do not have any adverse reaction to chemicals used during your treatment.
Each consultation takes between 15 - 30 minutes where I come to you and administer a skin test whilst we have a chat about what I can offer yourself and your hair.
A £20 fee is taken for consultation appointments but this is deducted off of your main bill upon completion of your services.
Pricing
All Prices are correct as of 1st of May 2020.
For Colour Correction appointments, the pricing can vary dependant on the complexity of your preexisting colour and how many processes are needed to rectify it.
A consultation appointment and £20 fee is required (see above).
A plan of action and pricing will always be discussed with you and agreed upon prior to beginning your services.
Cancellations and Postponements
For Home Hairdressing
It's understood that sometimes things happen and situations arise that are out of our control sometimes. Which is why the odd cancellation for a home hair appointment can be allowed. But, a repeat pattern where last minute cancellations have happened twice or more shall mean you need to prepay your appointment upfront and in full, and then forfeit such payment should you reschedule again.

Makeup Lessons
If you request to cancel your lesson at any time, your booking fee is non refundable.
If you request to postpone your lesson, then your lesson shall need to be paid in full before the postponed date has been confirmed.
Hair and Makeup Education Courses
Should you cancel your course at any time, your booking fee is non refundable.

Parking
Please advise me as to where is the most convenient place to park my car when I come to see you. If you do not have a free parking option for myself, then the total parking cost shall be included within your final bill.
Products and Equipment
For Home Hairdressing and Bridal Appointments, I provide all of my own tools, products, gowns etc but I do not provide towels. Please make sure you have an old one handy so that we don't spoil any of your nice ones with chemicals and hairs.
All my electrical goods are PAT tested regularly and I have heat proof mats to protect work surfaces.
For Courses, you shall be required to find a model for your course and bring your own equipment where possible but I can provide you with the necessities if needed.
