How do I enquire about booking onto a course?
Please contact Lucy Grace directly via the contact page here on our website. Lucy Grace shall be happy to help you with any enquiries.
How do I pay for my course?
Via cash, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Cheques are not accepted. A 20% booking fee shall be taken prior to your lesson date and then deducted from the final amount.
Where does my Course take place?
Lucy Grace can come to you and your desired location or you are welcome to come to her home studio. The home salon is only small and not suitable for group bookings, more for one to one based lessons really.
Do I need a model for my course?
Yes, ideally you should bring a model for your course as it is best to learn on a real person as opposed to a block. Makeup Courses definitely require a model, a doll's head shall not be sufficient. Hair courses can be learnt on a doll's head though, please supply your own or Lucy Grace can loan one to you on the day (limited number available).
Do I need my own products, tools and equipment?
For hair courses, it would be preferable for you to have your own heat and styling tools, but Lucy Grace is happy to loan you hers whilst you practice if you can't source your own. Products can also be provided. For makeup course, Lucy Grace will supply you with all the makeup, brushes, tools and lashes you require and then give you a kit list so you know what you shall need to create your own.
How long is my course?
1 or 2 days dependant upon which one you are taking. These courses run from 9AM until 6PM but the times can be adjusted should you need to prioritise childcare or other such commitments.
What do I do if I need to cancel or postpone my course?
